Ideally you will already have experience with premier motoring marques, such as Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Audi, etc, and a proven track record of success in a bespoke retail environment. You will need to be dynamic and customer-focused, with high levels of self-motivation and commitment, and be willing to develop your knowledge of all the premium brands that Jacksons represent. You must value the importance of being part of a successful team and have strong organisational abilities. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Working in a highly disciplined manner, you must be able to deliver challenging results effectively. This is a key role within the business, with a responsibility for ensuring client satisfaction. We are looking for an experienced individual with face-to-face and telephone skills, who can translate customers’ requirements accurately to our servicing personnel. Working as part of the service team, you will be responsible for our customers’ experience, from the initial booking through to completion and handover of the vehicle.
