Job Summary

The Digital Sales Executive role is a crucial position responsible for responding to all digital lead channels within an industry leading time, creating value driven customer communications and representing Van Mossel as the premium mobility provider in Jersey. Using articulate and credible written and visual formats , and turning leads into sustainable long-term customers, this role will be responsible for receiving digital leads across all digital channels – including whatsapp, direct emails, social media and our various websites and landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly and professionally to all digital leads across multiple channels (WhatsApp, email, social media, websites, landing pages).

Create high-quality written and visual customer communications that reflect the Van Mossel brand.

Convert digital enquiries into long-term customer relationships.

Monitor, track, and record lead data accurately.

Demonstrate strong situational awareness by recognising customer prompts and tailoring responses accordingly.

Represent the brand consistently as a premium mobility provider.

Person Specification

Deep knowledge of social media platforms.

Exceptional command of professional and engaging written English.

Strong ability to identify customer signals and respond appropriately.

Competence in data analysis and record-keeping.

Proficient in email, Word, and Excel.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

Able to react quickly with sound critical-thinking skills.
