Sales Administration Support

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administration Support professional to assist our Admin and Accounts teams with a variety of administrative and operational tasks. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the sales department by managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, and providing support on various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, sales administrators and accounts team
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and vehicle registrations in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (e.g., CRM systems)
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and pipeline tracking
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
  • Liaise with various departments to support the implementation and coordination of tasks and projects

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills (Not Essential):

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of invoicing and general administrative processes
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
