My wife and I were holidaying in St Malo, when our A6 suddenly started displaying warning lights and going into limp mode. We decided to bring the car over to you to be sorted so that we could continue our holiday without worry.

I have to say that I have never experienced such an excellent service before. The customer experience was way beyond my expectations; right from the chap who directed us onto the site, to the young lady who managed our visit, and the Technician who carried out the diagnosis, cleared down the fault codes, and assured us that everything would be ok. And indeed it was. We travelled back to St Malo that evening, finished our holiday, and arrived home in Cambridge this evening without further incident.

I wish my local dealer were as good!!! They sure have a lesson or two to learn from you guys.
